- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪NEVER WILL I USE AGAIN after they needed 2 attempts to spay my dog as they had only removed one of her ovaries the first time and then treated us like WE had inconvenienced THEM. We never got any apology or explanation let alone any assurances to continue using them as they are at the end of our road. My dog went through unnecessary suffering because of their incompetence and the manager tried blaming a locum vet for the first operation.
